A 100% advance payment is required at the time the booking is made.
Any extras incurred during the stay needs to be paid in cash on departure from the villa.
Payments should be made either in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs / LKR) and / or United States Dollars (US$) at the current conversion rates at the time of booking.
Manor House will not be liable for any exchange rate gain / loss from any processed transactions / refunds no matter the guest / customer’s debit / credit card currency.

Room rates are inclusive of breakfast, dinner, service charge and applicable government taxes.

Children above 12 years of age are considered an adult.
No-shows and cancellations during the peak months of December and January will incur 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation three weeks prior to arrival date will incur a one-night cancellation fee per room booked.
Cancellation three to five weeks prior to arrival date will incur a fee totalling 50% of the room rate.
Any reservation that is made is non-transferable, while any transaction fee incurred will not be refunded under any circumstances.
